Ukraine
In any disaster, people's animal companions and their bond with them can greatly influence their ability and choice to seek safety. Defra have announced "We have worked closely to streamline the process for approving pets arriving from Ukraine to avoid creating burdens or delays for Ukrainian nationals."

FVE, along with FECAVA and the World Veterinary Association, has launched vetforukraine.com to coordinate aid by European vets to help Ukrainian vets, their families and animals.
